Hobbema youth charged in man's slaying

A teenager from Hobbema, Alta. has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a man who was found dead early Friday morning at his home on the Ermineskin First Nation.

The man, 36, died in hospital from injuries sustained in an incident at the house.. The male youth, whose exact age was not given, was arrested at the house by RCMP.

The teen cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

RCMP are not naming the man as it would identify the accused.
