Selling for $600K, the 2017 American Dream boasts heated tile floors and 400 square feet of living space.

The American Dream could be yours for $600,000.

No, it doesn't come with a white picket fence, the 2.5 kids or a dog, but it does have heated tile floors, polished countertops, an electric fireplace and a home entertainment system, which isn't too shabby for an RV.

"The interiors in those are better than most people's homes in Alberta, at this point in time right now," said Dan Merkowsky, RV Show manager.

Beyond its premium hardwood cabinetry, the motor home boasts two showers, an electric fireplace, porcelain toilets, a central vacuum system and its own washer and dryer.

The $599,000 price tag has been slashed from a regular price of $799,000as part of a special offer tied to the annual show.

Last year's RVshow drew 27,000 people, and Merkowsky expects the 2018 exhibition to be on par with that.

The four-day event runs until Sunday at the BMO Centre and showcases more than 400 units, ranging in price from $10,000 to $599,000.
