Body found in truck connected to case of missing Cochrane man

Police say a body has been found inside a truck connected to the case of missing Cochrane man.

RCMP said Tuesday morning the bodywas discovered inside a 2006 White GMC C5500, bearing licence plateBSR 3124,parked outside the Costco at CrossIron Mills, just north of Calgary.

Jonathan Martinez, 42, was reported missing on Sunday and was last seen driving that same vehicle when he lefthis rural residence the previous Wednesday, according toCochrane RCMP.

The body has not been identified.

An autopsy is underway and there is no word yet on the cause of death.
