Police in Calgary say four more young femaleshave come forward alleging they had sex with a man who didn't reveal he was HIV-positive.

Apay Ogouk, 26, surrendered to police in Calgary in August after a Canada-wide warrant was issued for his arrest.

He was taken to Winnipeg, where he is accused of infecting two women in their 20s and sexually assaulting a teenager who was under the age of 16 at the time of the alleged offence.

Ogouk now faces five new charges, including one count of sexual interference with a minor and four counts of aggravated sexual assault, police in Calgary saidFriday.

Three of the alleged victims were teenagers 15, 16 and 18 while the fourth was 12, said Staff Sgt. Leah Barber.

"We have a sexual interference situation here where she was not of the age of consent, but then you add in the fact that he had not disclosed his medical condition at that point, so it adds another level of severity," she said.

The offences are believed to have occurred between 2007 and 2010.

Ogouk, who came to Canada from Sudan 10 years ago, was diagnosed with HIV in 2006. He has lived in severalCanadian cities, police said.

His next court appearance is on Dec. 10 in Winnipeg.
