Gas station hit-and-run suspects sought by Calgary police

Calgary police have released images of the truck and suspects in two gas station thefts and a hit and run over the weekend.

Calgary police are looking fortwomen in connection with a hitandrun and two gas station theftsin northwest Calgary.

They released images and video of the suspects and vehicle in hopes the public will be able to help.

Police saya stolen2006 Ford Super Duty truck with the licence plateEUX 378was caught on surveillanceleaving a gas station without paying last Friday.Thetheft happened around7:30 p.m. MTin the 8400 block of Bowford Road N.W.

The second incidentoccurred just before11 a.m. on Sunday at the Centexgas station on 16th Avenue near 17thStreet N.W.

A 35-year-old female employee of the gas station tried to stop the truck as itheaded weston 16th Avenue and pulled into a parking lot about a block away.

Police say the driver struck the woman andcarried her on the hood of the truck for about 15 metres beforerunning herover while fleeing the scene.

The two suspects are described as white, 20- to 25-years-old, withslim builds. One suspect who was pictured last Friday with a cowboy hathas blond hair,while the other has brown hair.
