Editor's note: CBC Calgary previously published a story about a lawsuit involving former partners in a now-shuttered local restaurant, Wine-Ohs.

That story included serious errors, which CBC Calgary deeply regrets. Shawna McGovern-Burke took legal action against both her former partner Alanna Martineau and the corporation Wine-Oh's Inc.

The article incorrectly stated that McGovern-Burke was awarded a judgment against Martineau.

In fact, the judgment was only against Wine-Ohs.

The court found that Martineau had not agreed to buy out her former partner and she was not ordered to pay anything.

The article further erred in reporting the relative investment of the two women.

The CBC apologizes to Alanna Martineau for having published incorrect information.
