Calgary massage therapist faces 20 charges for sexual assault, voyeurism and forcible confinement

A Calgary-based massage therapist now faces 20 charges after he was initiallyarrested on one count of sexual assault in May.

GregHowden, 36, has now been charged with 14 counts of sexual assault, five counts of voyeurism and one count of forcible confinement for incidents ranging from Nov. 2015 to May 2018, according to Calgary police.

Howdenwas first charged after a 30-year-old woman alleged she was assaulted throughouther massage at Massage Addict in Mahogany.

At the time of his arrest, police said they were looking at other allegations against Howdenwhile he was working at three other businesses Montgomery Chiropractic Plus,RnR Wellness Spa and Beddington Chiropractic Clinic.

"The Calgary Police Service would like to thank the public for coming forward with information as well as the owners of all the clinics who have been fully supportive of the investigation," said police in a news release.

Howdenwill make his next court appearance on Oct. 19.
