Automatic electronic tolling will now ding car drivers between $2.75 and $3.90 per crossing. Large trucks will pay up to $9.40 per crossing, while motorcycles will pay $1.40 or more.

The cheapest rates will be for drivers who haveregistered for aQuickpass electronic transponder for their vehicle.

Unregistered drivers will be billed by the Insurance Bureau of British Columbia.

Pedestrians, bicycles, buses and emergency vehicles are exempt from the toll.
