Vanouver gang unit officers are on the hunt for a suspect after an early morning shooting on Sunday.

Reports of gunshots led police to an area near Fraser Street and East 55th Ave. around 12:50 a.m. PT, according to Vancouver police.

"The shooting appears to be the result of a dispute between the occupants of two vehicles," wrote Sgt. Randy Fincham of Vancouver Police Department(VPD) in an email to CBC.

The gang unit is investigating who fired the shots, but no suspects have yet been identified.
