Abbotsford shooting sends two men to hospital

Two men have been taken to hospital in serious condition after a shooting in Abbotsford.

The shooting happened at a house in the 33000 block of Hawthorne Avenue, around 9:21 p.m. Thursday.

Two men have been taken to hospital in serious conditionafter a shooting in Abbotsford.

It happened in the 33000 block of Hawthorne Avenue, near Greer Street, at approximately9:21 p.m. PTThursday, police said.

Police found two men, aged 21 and 22, in a nearby residence with gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital around 10 p.m.

APD Major Crime Detectives and Forensic Identification Officers remainedscene investigating throughout the night.

No suspects have been identified, and police believe this was not a random shooting.
