4 arrested and released in shooting at Prince George house

The investigation continues, but police say firearms, ammunition, drugs and suspected stolen items were seized. Two suspects have pending court dates.

Four suspects in a shooting in Prince George, B.C., have been arrested, RCMP said Tuesday.

Just before 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, police sayofficers responded to multiple reports of shots being fired in front of a residence inthe 700 block of Ahbau Street.

Police discovered that one man had been driven away from the scene with possible gunshot wounds, but later located the single victim at the hospital and said that his injuries were non-life-threatening.

Several others remained at the residence, but policesay they could see evidence of shots having been fired and arrested everyone inthe house.

According to the police statement, all those who were arrested were released two with pending court dates.

A search warrant was issued, and investigators seized several firearms, ammunition, drugs and suspected stolen items.

The investigation continues, but police say it appears to be a targeted and isolated incident.
