New Brunswick eyes Kingston's "patient-first" approach to health care


New Brunswick hospital managers are looking to a Kingston hospital for help. In the span of a few short years, Kingston CEO Leslee Thompson took a hospital with one of the worst reputations and turned it into one the best. How'd she do it? It may sound like a no-brainer... but Thompson and her staff began listening to patients and putting them first.
