Marjorie Dowhos is the host of Radio Noon on CBC Radio One 89.3 FM / 990 AM. Marjorie joined CBC Manitoba in 2010 and has worked as a reporter and most recently as host of CBC Winnipeg News at 11.

Prior to that, she spent four years in Thunder Bay, Ontario as a TV news anchor. Marjorie has worked as a television and radio journalist across Western Canada in communities such as Medicine Hat and Fort McMurray, Alberta, and also Fort St. John, British Columbia.

Born and raised in Calgary, Marjorie graduated from Athabasca University with a degree in Professional

Arts in Communication Studies and a diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Southern Alberta Institute.

Proud to call Winnipeg home, Marjorie enjoys exploring everything the city has to offer with her husband Ian, and their two dogs, Payton and Jackson.
