Canada Reads 2023: Watch the Finale replay here

It's the finale of the 22nd edition of the great Canadian book debate hosted by Ali Hassan. What is the one book to shift your perspective?

The debates have taken place March 27-30 on CBC TV, CBC Radio and CBC Books

It's the final showdown! Two booksgo head-to-headand one will be crowned the winner of Canada Reads 2023!

The champions and their chosen books are:

Over three days, the five champions have stated their case for why their book is the "one to shift your perspective." On this final day of the Canada Readsdebates, they'll voteto eliminate the last title from the competition.

This year's host is comedianAli Hassan.

Each panellist has had the opportunity to deliver an opening pitch for their respective book, then champion it when the question turned to whether their book was truly the one that all Canadians need to read right now. Today, three of the panellists are free agentsand it's up to them to decide who will be crowned winner of Canada Reads 2023.

The finale takes place live at 10:05 a.m. ET (that's an hour earlier than recent years). You can tune in live or catch a replay on the platform of your choice.You can see all the broadcast details here.
