William Gibson

William Gibson is an internationally renown Canadian sci-fi novelist.

Vancouver sci-fi writer William Gibson is credited with popularizing the term "cyberspace" and has written presciently on the rise of the Internet, reality television and techno-culture. His classic 1984 novel Neuromancer, a thrillerabout hacking and artificial intelligence, won sci-fi's three biggest prizes: the Nebula Award, the Philip K. Dick Award and the Hugo Award.

Gibsonhas since written several bestselling books includingThe Peripheral, Virtual Light, IdoruandZero History. His most recent book, Agency, came out in December 2018.
