Whitecap Dakota First Nation expanding water treatment plant

The federal and provincial governments are joining forces with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation to expand a drinking and waste water treatment plant.

$13.5-million project to expand capacity

The federal and provincial governments are joining forces with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation to expand a drinking water andwaste water treatment plant.

The First Nation needs the expansion so that it can open up new residential opportunities at the golf course and to service a new hotel and convention centre.

The cost of the $13.5 million project is being shared by all three governments.
