Horses on the loose in Griffintown

Two horses got a small taste of freedom in Griffintown.

A black horse and a white horse somehow escaped from their stables early this morning and went for a 10-minute stroll near the Lachine Canal.

They were caught quickly and taken back to their owner.

The horses, whichpull carriagesin Old Montreal, are usually stabled in Griffintown during the summer.
